| Contributing Writer I recently graduated Cum Laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in English/Creative Writing. During my time there I wrote for the alumni magazine and co-edited the poetry section of our student literary magazine—the OWL. I wrote, designed, and hand-bound a tattoo book featuring OWU’s students. My poetry won the Lucy Gordon Hall award in 2011. I’m so in love with verse that I decided to snag a M.F.A. in poetry from Converse College. When not writing poetry, I swing toward creative non-fiction. Many of my inspirations are culled from tattoos, my godson, and my manic dachshund—Maezie—whose only purpose in life is distracting me from aforementioned writing endeavors. |
